Fees and financial assistance

  • The course fee varies depending on the specific course. FERS offers a diverse portfolio of courses with different fee levels, depending on duration and format. The course fee typically covers course access, activities and materials, as well as food and accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Transfers between a designated meeting point and the venue may also be provided. No other costs are included unless explicitly specified.
  • Participants are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or other transaction costs incurred during payment. The school must receive the full amount due for the registration fee.
  • Alumni discount: FERS offers a 15% discount to former FERS alumni who have attended any course in the last two years. In case of other available discounts, they are not cumulative.
  • The school offers limited financial assistance covering the course fee. We are committed to fostering inclusion and equal opportunities. Our financial assistance is available for participants who may otherwise face difficulties in accessing the course. Unless otherwise specified, the financial assistance only covers the course fee: travel and visa costs, as well as any private medical insurance costs, are excluded.
If you want to apply for the financial assistance, please indicate it in the relevant section of the application form, where you are invited to provide a statement (max. 200 words) explaining why you should receive this support. As the financial assistance is limited, you are advised to apply early to avoid disappointment.
If accepted, you will receive an email from secretariat@fersschool.it confirming your financial support.
